- You can apply if you have a creative or unique design product that you would like to enter into the competition.
- Product has to be sellable.
- Once the registration is complete and all information about the product is sent, your product will be introduced to the buyMeDesign commission to be selected for the final pool.
- Once the product has been selected, designers/brands have to send videos to be shown to the judges and send their product to the award ceremony location (see ‘Delivery’).
- Products will be showcased and promoted during the In bed With Designers event.
- buyMeDesign will cover shipping costs up to a limit of HKD 500(only applicable for products selected for the SPOT Design Award). Any further costs have to be covered by the participant.
- Selected products have to be shipped through our logistic partner Royale International. Please contact them directly to arrange collections. The deadline for product delivery is 3rd December 2015

- All products are selected to our own discretion
- We don’t cover any breaks or losses
- Products not sent on time will not be eligible (delivery deadline = 3rd December)
- Products displayed in the showroom at the event can be sold by our team at the retail price you will give us (in Hong Kong Dollar) and we will keep 20% commission on the sale
- We will also be able to take B2B orders during the showroom and charge you 20% commission
